Terms of Service

Service use

Hotpass provides network management, captive portal, voucher, payment recording, and reporting tools. Account owners are responsible for their router configuration, customer communications, pricing, and lawful network use.

Billing and withdrawals

Hotpass does not charge a monthly platform subscription. A configurable service fee is charged when account funds are withdrawn. The fee, total wallet debit, and amount sent to the recipient are shown before confirmation and recorded in the account statement.

Account security

You must protect owner credentials, router credentials, API keys, and customer information. Notify support promptly if account access may have been compromised.

Availability

Network connectivity depends on the account owner's routers, upstream internet provider, power, and configuration. Hotpass does not guarantee uninterrupted end-user connectivity.
